This is a good friend of Mr. Vilanch who now lives in New York City. Mr. Vilanch wrote the liner notes to this CD which was released in 1999. It is still available, but somewhat hard to find.

Of note to Bette Midler fans is Michael Vaccaro's cover of "Hurricane", written by Miss M herself.

Mister Vilanch had this to say about this hard to find CD: "I ponied up the money to produce the album, which was an original cast recording of one of the annual benefits a group called "Stage" does out here for AIDS charities. I believe I was also in that show, singing a number called "Treat Me Rough" from Girl Crazy (Mickey Rooney does it in the movie with a bunch of girls). I did it with Jeff Stryker. Also, it was right when Madonna's "Sex" book came out, so we had huge blowups of me in her poses from the book (hitchhiking naked, etc).
